SHIPPING POLICY

TheFairyDina Shop offers worldwide shipping where service is available through our distribution partners.

Orders placed on TheFairyDina Shop will take between 2-5 business days to be fulfilled after which they will be shipped to their destination.
Shipping and delivery can take from 5-30 days to arrive, depending on the destination country.
These times may be delayed by a number of factors, including delays in customs processing within your destination country.

Please note: since not all items are fulfilled in the same place, certain items from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive separately at their destination. 

If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you have not yet received it, please call your local post office for more information. If there is an issue with the listed address on your package, they may need to get in touch with you before delivery can be completed.
